A logistics and warehousing professional with over 25 years’ experience in the industry, Katie works with clients on a national basis to create, plan, and implement successful inventory management and warehouse solutions. She is proficient in the areas of implementation management, project management, WMS management, as well as solutions design.
EXPERIENCE
In her career, Katie has successfully planned and executed a large multi week warehouse relocation/consolidation project for a major US IT provider- this client also required WMS implementation for inventory scanning and tracking. She has implemented a multi warehouse solution for a top 5 auto manufacturer which included full inventory management and real time visibility to all warehouse transactions and inventory. Katie has also planned and executed a national delivery program for a major electronics retailer that required new fixtures be delivered to over 600 store locations throughout the US. Her team coordinated product staging and local delivery services which were successfully completed to all 600+ locations within a 6-hour period on a single evening.
